Screen Sharing targets in a stack

I really, really loathe stacks in Leopard, but here’s one I rather like. Because Screen Sharing works so well, I find myself using it more often than Apple Remote Desktop. The Screen Sharing application lacks a way to configure a list of favorite remote hosts, so I made a stack of Internet locations. Here’s the screenshot:

Doesn’t that look nice? I made the Internet location files in the usual way, by typing the URL in Safari (e.g., vnc://192.168.1.2) and dragging the icon to the Desktop. I put all the .inetloc files into a folder and changed their icons to match the machine using the icons in /System/Library/CoreServices/CoreTypes.bundle/Contents/Resources/. Drag the folder to the Dock, and it’s now a stack that I find particularly useful. Selecting an item in the stack launches the Screen Sharing application with a connection to the selected host.
